Broken Wing is not a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. However, we do have a non-profit purpose of delivering artistic content to the public. We are fortunate to reside in Minnesota where small organizations like ours can take advantage of “fiscal sponsorship” even though we do not have the scale or personnel yet to qualify as a 501(c)(3) on our own.
